I am a technical leader, a systems thinker, and an AI Integration Specialist with over 15 years of deep experience managing complex IT infrastructures and high-stakes operations. My career has spanned everything from executing hands-on hardware builds to directing a 200-person technical support center, optimizing Tier-3 technician workflows, and delivering on rigorous U.S. Military IT contracts. Anchored by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Management, I specialize in looking at advanced technology through the lens of data integrity, security, and operational efficiency.
Following my time in corporate IT management, I pivoted my technical skills into a series of entrepreneurial ventures that allowed me to explore emerging technologies from the ground up. During this period, I became an FAA-licensed commercial drone pilot, launching and operating a successful drone photography business that merged hardware troubleshooting with digital asset management. Concurrently, I stepped into an operational leadership role co-managing an inside sales agency alongside my wife, overseeing the remote technical infrastructure, workflow optimization, and CRM data flows required to scale a high-volume sales pipeline.
